The toughest part of traveling frequently is finding new and exciting places to visit. When you’ve seen so much of the world, it can feel as if there’s nowhere new left to explore. Of course, nobody can see everything unless they have unlimited time and money. But that’s a good thing – it means there are always places that you’ve yet to explore. With that being said, here are four life-changing travel destinations that you need to visit.

Spain

Spain is one of the most beautiful countries in Europe, but there’s so much to see that it’s difficult to know where to begin. The city of Barcelona is always a good starting point, of course. You don’t even need much guidance when it comes to exploring this city; you’ll find fascinating things to see and do no matter where you go. You should just walk around the city on foot to get a feel for the place. You’ll see some of the wonderful architectural work of Gaudi all over the city. The Sagrada Familia is still under construction- going on more than a decade…, and it’s a real work of art; take a tour of the cathedral whilst you’re there. It’s mesmerizing. Of course, you should also see Madrid whilst you’re in Spain. The capital is full of amazing things to see and do. The famous Prado Museum is known as one of the best art museums in the world. Exploring it is a real experience. There’s also a wonderful nightlife in Madrid; the city center boasts everything from jazz lounges to electrifying flamenco theaters. Tibet

If you’re looking for a real adventure then you should definitely put Tibet on your list of travel destinations to visit. It’s an absolutely stunning location with a fascinating culture and historic relevance. You should look into some of the Tibet travel tours on offer if you want to take the best route across this beautiful region. There are so many incredible things to see in this part of the world that you don’t want to miss anything on your visit. Mount Everest is the most famous mountain that this region has to offer, and hiking up it would definitely be an unforgettable experience. Of course, you might want to try a mountain such as Mount Kailash if you’d rather attempt a more manageable feat. You should also try some of Tibet’s wonderful cuisine. Tsampa is the staple food of this region, but they also make delicious butter tea (it’s a very popular beverage).

Portugal

Portugal is a fantastic travel destination for any explorer who wants a scenic and educational adventure, as well as one of my favorite places. You obviously need to start by visiting Lisbon. The captivating capital city is an incredible place to explore. It’s the oldest city in Western Europe, and that’s evident when you see the many different cultural influences that have helped to shape the city into what it is today. You should start by walking through the magnificent Miradouro do Parque Eduardo VII park. Designed in precise and straight lines that stretch through the city, this beautiful park is a natural slide of paradise; it’s filled with glorious greenery and stunning fountains. You should also visit the ancient Moorish Castle whilst you’re there if you’re looking for a history lesson and the chance to admire some wonderful architecture.

Of course, there’s more to Portugal than just Lisbon. Wherever you go in the country, you’ll be able to find fantastic Portuguese cuisine. In particular, you’ll be able to find the best food along the coast. Portugal is well-known for its delicious dry cod. When it comes to alcohol, however, Portugal is world-famous for its port wine. The wine is named after the Portuguese city of Porto because it’s made alongside the Douro River which passes through this city. If you want some of the world’s best port wine then it only makes sense that you should go to the place from which it originates. That’s what traveling is all about. Yes, you want to learn things, but you also want to fill up on delicious food and drink.

Brazil

The final travel destination on this list is one of the best. Brazil is a beautiful country both in terms of its natural landscape and the culture you’ll find in its towns and cities. You should start by heading to São Paulo. It’s the most populated city for a reason – it’s full of life and activities. You should start by visiting the bewilderingly beautiful São Paulo cathedral to see not only a stunning piece of architecture but a fascinating piece of Brazil’s religious history. The São Paulo Museum of Art is also a fascinating place to visit. You’ll see wonderful exhibits throughout numerous galleries, and the building itself is a work of art too. And this is only one city out of the countless Brazilian cities you should explore.
